Erstwhile Farm is a third-generation organic farm offering direct market, pasture-raised, organically-fed hogs, chicken, eggs, and chemical-free garden goodies. They believe that smaller family farms need to dot the landscape more abundantly in the future to fully care for the land as a gift of creation, and not just to use and abuse for monetary gain. They hope to add a solar-powered system to generate electricity for the farm in the future.
